Bjørn Brudevoll - Managing Director

Bjørn Brudevoll has broad national and international management experience, and more than 13 years of experience in headhunting and management consulting from Mercuri Urval, prior to his co-founding of Head4More in 2011. Bjørn has a higher finance and management degree from Oslo Business School, Officer Candidate School for the Navy, Naval Academy KS1 and KS 2, Armed Forces Staff College and BI. He has held operational management roles, such as the Commanding Officer of the Navy, and also strategic leadership roles within the military's senior management.

With Mercuri Urval, Bjørn held various key roles as director, with responsibilities ranging from the development of the company's consulting services, to co-ordination of activities across national borders, as part of his responsibility for national sales and marketing activities and the overall management of the company's total client portfolio. Bjørn lectures regularly at universities, business schools, large companies and other venues. He is also specialised in recruitment, evaluation and the development of executive boards and of individual board members through dedicated study and research in this field. Bjørn has expanded industry expertise in Life Science, IT / Telecom, and finance.

Jan Petter Halvorsen - Strategic Advisor

Jan Petter Halvorsen has more than 25 years experience in operational management and leadership. He worked six years as an officer in supply chain management in the Air Force, and held the position as head of logistics training in the Air Force Academy. He studied at the Naval Academy, Air Force Staff College and completed graduate studies in Project Management at the University of Agder, and in International Politics (EU) at the Norwegian School of Management. He was the logistics director in a Nordic IT Company and then a headhunter in Mercuri Urval for many years, and prior to his co-founding Head4More in 2011.

Jan Petter was a senior manager during Mercuri Urval Norway’s period of most significant growth, and as a member of Mercuri Urval’s executive management, he held the responsibility for the implementation of their new strategy and business model. In the same period, he also sat on the boards of directors in Holland, Finland and Sweden. With extensive experience in major change projects internationally, Jan Peter is a highly demanded coach and facilitator in change management, particularly in connection with mergers, acquisitions and growth programmes. Jan Petter also frequently lectures for international organisations and universities.

Jan Petter is a strategic advisor in Head4More AS and chairman of the board in Head4More International and Head4More AS.

Roger Fielding - Associate Director

Roger Fielding has more than 25 years experience in management and leadership consulting. He worked for 8 years in education, writing books and developing enterprise and business education activities for students.

His extensive academic studies include management, psychology and economics (BSc), and post-graduate study of education, organisational behaviour, social research and business (MEd MPhil MBA); he is accredited as an executive coach (ACC CPCC) having completed rigorous training with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Roger was a senior manager during Mercuri Urval’s growth in the UK, building and growing their regional operations. He was responsible for the development of their coaching practice in the UK as UK Coaching Champion and has worked throughout Europe and Scandinavia, as well as in India, Russia and Dubai. At Head4More, Roger’s focus is on executive coaching, facilitation of corporate away days and seminars, and the design and delivery of in-house leadership programmes.

Roger has worked for Head4More in Norway and is now their Associate Director UK.

Jan Petter Narvesen - Head of Recruitment Services

Jan Petter Narvesen has extensive management experience from sales organisations and the recruitment industry. He is a graduate in marketing from IHM Business School and has acquired extensive experience in recruitment and business consulting across industries and job levels in the past fifteen years. This has given Jan Petter a solid understanding of leadership challenges, both externally and internally.

In Raadhuset Rekruttering & Utvelgelse, Manpower Professional Executive and most recently Experis Executive, he was responsible for up to 17 consultants and researchers with a focus on the recruitment of key- and leadership positions. He was also the manager of ManpowerGroup’s business advisory function in Oslo for many years, where internal synergies and optimal collaboration between the divisions were the main goals.

Andrea Berger - Chief Researcher

Andrea Berger is Chief Researcher in Head4More and is responsible for candidate research in our direct search processes. She also has the main responsibility for liaising with the candidates during our recruitment processes.

Andrea is a graduate from the University of Oslo and the University of California, Berkley. She has a Master’s degree in work and organisational psychology, and a double bachelor's degree in psychology and pedagogics/education.

Through studies and previous work experience, including with CEB – SHL Talent Measurement, Andrea has gained expertise in various methods of potential assessment based on psychometric tools for evaluation of personality and abilities. She also specialises in career counselling and team development.

Anja Krog - Researcher

Anja Krog is a researcher at Head4More responsible for research, herein attracting and managing candidates through the recruiting process.

Anja has a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Oslo. Additionally, she has completed postgraduate studies in innovation and entrepreneurship at The Norwegian Entrepreneurship program and University of California Berkeley. Through her focus of studies, Anja has acquired expertise in the use of psychometric assessment tools, organizational culture and positive psychology, and held consultancy and team management roles. Anja has prior international work experience from working at Fastly Inc in San Francisco, where she gained extensive competence and experience within talent search, recruitment and selection.

André Haaland - Management Consultant

André Haaland has more than twenty years of experience as a leader in the Armed Forces (Royal Norwegian Air Force). He has extensive knowledge from restructuring organisations in the Public Sector, both on an operational and strategic level. André also has many years of experience as consultant and coach towards business leaders, inter alia from Assessit AS. As coach and consultant André has been focusing on leadership- and team development, as well as performance coaching.

André is educated in the Armed Forces and has conducted the Officer Candidate School, the Air Force Academy level One and Two (equivalent to a Masters degree) and the Staff Collage level One. Furthermore he has studied administration and leadership at the Lillehammer University Collage, Economics at the University of Oslo and sports coaching at the Norwegian School of Sports and Science.

André is an experienced consultant and performance coach with the ability to create winners. His background, both from sports and Military, enables him to challenge teams and individuals. His slogan is: “To dare is to lose one´s footing momentarily. Not to dare is to lose oneself”.
